Blueberry Lemon Broccoli Salad

Enjoy this quick and easy recipe on phase 1 of your Happy Shrinkers journey. Super refreshing and packed with loads of anti-inflammatory ingredients to help flush out those toxins and impurities. 

 

1 SERVING: 1-2 X VEGETABLES | 1 X FRUIT

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 2-4 Handfuls Consisting of:
    • Broccoli Heads
    • Baby Spinach Leaves
    • Green Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Handful Blueberries
  • 1/4 Lemon

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the broccoli salad mix.
  2. Season as desired.
