Do I have to do the 3-day detox?

No - the detox is optional but recommended. Phase 2 delivers results with or without it. The detox is the accelerant, not the engine. Skip it and go straight to Phase 2 if you are breastfeeding or managing blood sugar with medication.

How long does the program take?

The program runs in 30-day cycles until you reach your goal weight. Most women need between 1 and 6 rounds depending on how much they want to lose. The Maintain phase begins once goal weight is reached and continues for life.

Can I follow the program if I am younger than 35?

How does the challenge work?

Each day has one topic. Watch the daily video, then complete the task in the post directly below it. Once your task is done, click the Cheer Chain Mission and go cheer on a fellow Shrinker who is on a different day of the journey. One day at a time. In order. No skipping ahead.

What is the Cheer Chain Mission?

The Cheer Chain Mission is a daily community action - after completing your own task for the day, you visit another Shrinker's post and leave them a cheer. Someone in this community is on a different day to you, fighting the same fight. Your cheer costs you nothing and means everything to them.

How long are the daily videos?

The videos are short and intentional - designed to fit into a real life, not require a significant time commitment. The daily task that follows is where the real shift happens.

Is the mindset challenge really necessary?

Yes. The psychological dimension is the most overlooked and the one that determines whether everything else works long-term. Perfect nutrition and the right supplements will eventually stop working if the psychological reality is never addressed. Chronic stress raises cortisol, directly linked to belly fat storage after 35. The mindset tools are not soft extras. They are physiological interventions.

What if I miss a day?

How do I access the community?

After your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive a WhatsApp message and email with a link to join the community. Click the link, create your account, and you're in. Head straight to the pinned post first - it tells you exactly where to start and how everything works.

What is inside the community?

Inside the community you will find your complete Fat Loss Unlock program guide, recipe guide, daily habit system, movement menu, 28-Day Mindset Challenge 1.0 and 2.0, and a live community feed where Happy Shrinkers share wins, ask questions, support each other, and check in weekly.

Is the community moderated?

Yes. The community is actively moderated to keep it safe, supportive, and focused. Negative commentary, unsolicited advice, and off-topic content are not permitted. This is a space for women to show up honestly and be met with support - not judgment.

Do I have to participate in the community?

You are not required to participate but it is strongly encouraged. The women who show up in the community, who post their wins, ask their questions, and cheer on other Shrinkers - consistently get better results than those who go through the program alone. Introduce yourself when you arrive. That is your first step.

How long do I have access to the community?

Access to the community is included with your Fat Loss Unlock Bundle purchase with lifetime access.

Can I ask a coach questions directly in the community?

Yes. Lauren is active in the community and available for questions. If you are struggling, not seeing results, or need guidance - post in the community or reach out directly. I purchased drops only - do I have access to the community?

How much weight can I expect to lose?

What if the scale isn't moving?

A stall is no movement on the scale for 10 or more consecutive days despite full compliance. Before you question the program, audit your compliance. Why am I losing centimetres but not weight?

Orders are delivered via The Courier Guy within 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

Do you offer free shipping in South Africa?

Yes. Free shipping is included on all Fat Loss Unlock Bundle orders and on all orders over R1,500.

How do I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please email info@happyshrinkers.com to find out how to place an international order. International orders are delivered via FedEx Priority within 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch. 

Will I be charged import duties and customs fees?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Happy Shrinkers has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stitch payments. South African customers can split their payment into interest-free instalments via Stitch Pay Later. International customers can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay via PayFast.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Contact us immediately at info@happyshrinkers.com with your order number and the correct delivery address. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us immediately at info@happyshrinkers.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve it promptly.

Returns & Guarantee

What is the 30-Day Results Guarantee?

The 30-Day Results Guarantee means that if you follow the Fat Loss Unlock system as directed for 30 days and don't see any measurable results, defined as a reduction in body weight or body measurements - we will refund your full purchase price. This guarantee is for women who genuinely did the work. Proof of effort is required to qualify. We ask for this because the system works when it is followed, and the women who get results deserve to be protected from those who don't.

 

To qualify you must submit within 30 days of delivery:

  • A completed 30-day food diary showing each day's meals logged against the Fat Loss Unlock eating system
  • Confirmation of active participation in the 28-Day Mindset Video Challenge - we verify this from our end
  • Evidence that you reached out to a coach for help inside the Members Area at least once during your 30 days

Requests submitted after Day 30 or without complete proof will not be accepted. There are no exceptions.

Who is eligible for the guarantee?

The guarantee applies exclusively to the Fat Loss Unlock Bundle. Individual drops purchases are not covered. To be eligible you must submit your refund request within 30 days of your delivery date with full proof of compliance - a completed food diary, confirmation of active participation in the 28-Day Mindset Challenge, and evidence that you reached out to a coach for help at least once during your 30 days.

How do I submit a refund request?

Email info@happyshrinkers.com within 30 days of delivery with the subject line: Refund Request - Fat Loss Unlock. Attach all required proof items - your completed food diary, mindset challenge participation confirmation, and evidence of reaching out for support. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Do I need to return the physical products?

Yes. Return shipping of the physical drops and carry case is at your cost - R110 for South African orders. We will provide our return address once your refund request has been approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

What happens to my community access if I receive a refund?

Upon approval of your refund, access to the Happy Shrinkers Members Area, including the program, recipe guide, 28-Day Mindset Challenge, and community - will be revoked immediately.

Can I return individual drops if I change my mind?

Yes, for unopened and sealed products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for South African orders. Once a product has been opened it cannot be returned or refunded. Return shipping is at your cost.

Can I pay in my local currency if I am outside South Africa?

Yes. International customers can select their preferred currency when checking out with Payfast. The real-time conversion from ZAR is displayed automatically. Your card will be charged in your local currency and you will receive ZAR to your PayFast account.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through PayFast and Stitch - PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways. Your card details are never stored by Happy Shrinkers. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

What do I do if my payment fails?

First check that your card details are entered correctly and that your card is enabled for online transactions. If the problem persists, try a different card or payment method. Will I receive a receipt or invoice?

Yes. An order confirmation is sent to your email address immediately after purchase. This serves as your receipt. If you require a formal invoice, email info@happyshrinkers.com with your order number and we will send one within 1 business day.

Can I use a discount code and a payment instalment plan together?
