Happy Shrinkers (Pty) Ltd South Africa only: we do not ship internationally at this time.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is included for any orders above R1500 within South Africa.

Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are dispatched same day, provided payment has been validated and received
  • Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday
  • During periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may be delayed, we will contact you via email with a revised timeline if this occurs

Delivery Times

We ship nationwide via The Courier Guy. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Major centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 1–2 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–4 business days
  • Remote or outlying areas: 3–5 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use your tracking number at www.thecourierguy.co.za to monitor your delivery in real time.

If you have not received your tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, contact us at info@happyshrinkers.com.

Stock Availability

We make every effort to keep all products in stock. In the rare event that your order cannot be fulfilled immediately, we will contact you within 24 hours and provide an updated dispatch timeline. Standard lead time for out-of-stock items is 3 business days plus delivery time.

Delivery Address

We deliver to physical addresses only. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Postnet addresses. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, The Courier Guy will make a second attempt or hold the parcel at a collection point. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a redelivery fee will apply.
