Fat Loss Unlock Bundle: 30-Day Results Guarantee

We stand behind the Fat Loss Unlock Bundle completely. If you follow the program as directed for 30 days and don't see any measurable results, defined as a reduction in body weight or body measurements (waist, hips, or thighs), we will refund your full purchase price of R1,998 - no questions, no runaround.

We ask for proof of effort because this guarantee is for women who genuinely did the work. If that's you and it didn't work, you deserve your money back.

How to Qualify for a Refund

To be eligible, your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date and must include all of the following:

  • A completed 30-day food diary submitted via email, showing each day's meals logged against the Fat Loss Unlock eating system - including your chosen pace (Fast & Furious or Slow & Steady), portion sizes using the hand portion method, and meal timing.
  • Confirmation of active participation in the 28-Day Mindset Video Challenge via the Members Area - we can verify this from our end
  • Evidence that you reached out to Lauren (the founder) for help inside the Members Area at least once during your 30 days

Requests submitted after Day 30 will not be accepted. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted. There are no exceptions to these requirements.

Refund Details

If your request is approved, you will receive a full refund of R1,998 to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return shipping of the physical drops and the drops carry case is at your cost of R110. We will provide you with our return address once your refund request has been approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

The digital guides, 28-Day Mindset Video Challenge, and program materials included in your bundle are non-refundable once accessed. However, when a full bundle refund is approved, we waive this as part of the complete R1,998 refund. Please note that upon approval of your refund, access to the Happy Shrinkers Members Area, including the program, recipe book, 28-Day Mindset Video Challenge, and community, will be revoked immediately.

What We Don't Cover

  • Refund requests submitted after Day 30
  • Requests without complete proof of program compliance
  • Opened products outside the 30-day guarantee window
  • Sale or discounted items
  • International orders
  • Gift cards

Individual Drops: Rapid Burn & No Crave

Individual drops purchases are not covered by the 30-Day Results Guarantee. The guarantee applies exclusively to the Fat Loss Unlock Bundle, as it requires the full system, both drops together with the program to function as intended.

For individual drops purchases, the following applies:

  • You have 7 days from delivery to request a return on unopened, sealed products in original packaging
  • Once a product has been opened, it cannot be returned or refunded
  • Adverse reactions do not constitute a product defect and do not qualify for a refund
  • Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement and check the ingredient list for known allergies

To request a return, email info@happyshrinkers.com within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost. Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damages and Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@happyshrinkers.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it in unopened condition within 7 days and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.
