Protein Porridge Bowl

This dish is high in protein, keeps me full for hours, and takes less than 5 minutes to make. Perfect for those mornings where you need a “reset” without overthinking it. This recipe will make you 1 serving.

You’ll need:

  • ½ cup oats (or rolled oats blended fine)

  • 1 scoop of your favourite Happy Shrinkers Protein Shake (I love the vanilla)

  • ¾ cup hot water or milk of choice

  • ½ banana, mashed (or a few berries)

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

  • Optional: a teaspoon of nut butter or crushed walnuts

 

How to make it:

1️⃣ Mix the oats and protein powder in a bowl.
2️⃣ Add hot water or milk slowly while stirring.
3️⃣ Stir in mashed banana and cinnamon.
4️⃣ Let it thicken for a minute and if you’re feeling fancy, top it with nut butter or a few berries.

It’s creamy, and ridiculously satisfying.
