Happy Shrinkers wasn’t created in a boardroom. It was created in the middle of frustration, burnout, and starting over… again. I’m Lauren, the founder of Happy Shrinkers, and for years I struggled with my weight in ways that felt deeply personal and quietly exhausting.
how it started
Founder Story
Like so many women, I tried everything. Strict meal plans. Extreme rules. “Perfect” routines that worked for a week… until life happened. Each attempt started with motivation and ended with guilt. Not because I didn’t want it badly enough, but because the expectations were unrealistic.
I Found Myself Stuck In A Never Ending Cycle of
All-or-nothing dieting, burning out, then blaming myself, feeling like my body was something to fight instead of care for. The more I pushed, the worse it got, and the worse it got, the more trust I Iost in myself.

The Turning Point
Everything changed when I stopped asking, “How do I be perfect?” and started asking, “How do I make this sustainable?” I realised weight loss wasn’t about more discipline. It was about better structure. Structure that worked with real life, not against it. Structure that didn’t rely on motivation, mood, or willpower. That shift became the foundation of Happy Shrinkers.

Happy Shrinkers was built to give women what I wish I had. It’s not about extremes or punishment. It’s about consistency you can actually maintain. Because when the process feels manageable, results follow.
