- Grand Prize (R10 000 Cash): Awarded to the participant with the most noticeable physical transformation over the 28 days, based on before and after photo.
- Participation Prize (R2 000 Cash): Given to the participant who is the most active and engaged in the community, attending weigh-ins, posting updates, and cheering others on. This person must rank #1 on our monthly leadersboard int he community app.
Winners will be announced at the end of the challenge based on fair and transparent criteria.
