As long as you’ve created an account on happyshrinkers.com using your name and email address, you’re in! Every customer is automatically enrolled in SHRINK Society and starts earning points from their very first order. If you already have an account with us, congrats - you’re already a member!

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, following us on social and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points, refer to the WAYS TO EARN section on our SHRINK Society page.

Each product has a set number of points that will be earned when purchased, which is communicated on the product pages.

There are three exciting ways to redeem your SHRINK Society points: You’ll need to have at least 1000 points before you can redeem any rewards. Points for Discount, Free Shipping and Free Product. To redeem your points, simply scroll to the “Ways to Redeem” section on our SHRINK Society page and choose the reward that suits you best!

If you were to redeem your point balance for money off your order, 1000 points = R100 off.

You are unable to apply a discount code at checkout when also redeeming SHRINK Society Points. Please choose to either redeem points or apply the discount code.

Your point balance can be viewed on the SHRINK Society page when you log in or on your account page under "profile" - here you will find your comprehansive dashboard.

You can earn reward points for a maximum of 3 reviews within each calendar month. The review must be of a verified purchase via happyshrinkers.com and submitted via the product page (at the bottom) of the item you purchased. If you have any questions, please contact support@happyshrinkers.com

There is no limit on the total amount of points you can earn, however, we can only reward points for a maximum of 2 reviews within each calendar month and must be a verified purchase via happyshrinkers.com only.

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases, referrals and reviews.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase. Or a purchase has not been made within a 12 month period and therefore your points have expired.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. Please note, points from leaving a review will take 7 working days to be added to your account, we can only reward points for a maximum of 1 review within each calendar month. Points from referring a friend will be added to your account 7 days after the referred friend has completed a purchase.

Loyalty points will expire after 12 months, if no purchase is made within that 12 month period. If a purchase is made, all points renew for a further 12 month from the date of that purchase.

As long as you're signed up to Happy Shrinkers marketing emails, we'll email you a month before your points are about to expire so you have plenty of time to redeem them or make another purchase to reactivate them for another 12 months.
